What we hold, and how we hold it.

The short version

We collect only what we need to make your book, send it to you, and stay in touch about your order. We do not sell your personal information. We treat the photographs you send us as what they are — something personal you have trusted us with.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment confirmation. Payment itself is handled by our checkout provider — we never see or store your full card number.

To make your book yours, we collect the details you give us through our personalization form: the names and family details you choose, and the photographs you upload of your family and your pet.

When you visit the site, your browser shares the ordinary technical information any website receives — things like your device type and the pages you view. If you join our email list, we keep the address you give us.

Your photographs

The photos you send are used for one thing: to illustrate your book and prepare the proofs you review. We do not sell them, and we do not post them publicly or use them to promote Furever Tales without asking you first.

If you would like us to remove the photos and details from your order after your book is complete, write to us and we will.

How we use what we collect

To build your book, send you a proof of every page, reach you about your order, and deliver the finished book. If you have opted in, we may occasionally email you about new books or news — and you can leave that list at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the partners it takes to run a small studio: our checkout and store provider, our printing and shipping partner, and the tools we use to receive your personalization details and send email. Each receives only what it needs to do its part. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Children's privacy

Our books are chosen and ordered by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The photographs and names in an order are provided by the adult placing it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from our email at any time. Write to us and a real person will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update it here and move the date below. For anything significant, we will do our best to let you know directly.
