Not a dog that looks a bit like yours. The one with the particular ear, the specific way of lying across the doorway. We illustrate your pet from your own photographs and set them at the center of the story — so the first time your child points at the page, there is no question who that is.
However your family is shaped.
Whoever belongs in the story belongs in the book — in whatever number, in whatever shape your family takes. Send us your own photographs and we'll bring your people onto the page, or choose from our cast of characters. Either way, it reads as unmistakably you.
